Exceptional
Every thing was amazing, from the delicious drink on arrival, early check in , the ph call regarding the pillow satisfaction and of corse the amazing Breakfast. The staff were always smiling and so helpful.

Bali at its best
The staff throughout the hotel were amazing! Couldn't fault them, loved the pool bar and the chats with the guys working each day...really made you feel a part of their world. Cocktail sessions in the pool are a highlight. Breakfast and food at Mozzarellas was delicious every time.
The only fault with our stay was the wifi didnt work in our room, the signal wasn't strong enough and my partner likes a low pillow and it was a wait to get one. I personally loved the big squishy pillows haha.

Location fantastic Rooms are beautiful, pool area is great Staff are so friendly
Tiles to pool were super hot you have to wear your thongs to edge of pool
